Review Rocket powered by MorphETIX

Effective Date: May 01, 2026

Review Rocket is a web application powered by MorphETIX Inc. that helps customers of a business quickly create a draft review using artificial intelligence, then copy and post that review to platforms such as Google or Facebook.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information when you use Review Rocket.

This Policy is intended to comply with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, commonly known as PIPEDA, where applicable. PIPEDA applies to many private-sector organizations in Canada that collect, use, or disclose personal information in the course of commercial activities.

1. Who We Are

Review Rocket is operated by:

MorphETIX Inc. Website: [Insert Website URL] Email: [Insert Privacy Contact Email] Address: [Insert Business Address, if applicable]

In this Privacy Policy, “Review Rocket,” “MorphETIX,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MorphETIX Inc. and its Review Rocket web application.

“User,” “you,” and “your” refer to any individual who accesses or uses Review Rocket, including customers who generate review drafts and businesses that use or share access to the application.

2. What Review Rocket Does

Review Rocket helps users generate a draft customer review based on information they choose to provide. The user may then copy that draft and post it manually on a third-party review platform, such as Google or Facebook.

Review Rocket does not post reviews on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, copying, and submitting any review to a third-party platform.

Review Rocket is designed to help users express their genuine experience. It must not be used to create fake, misleading, paid, incentivized, or deceptive reviews.

Google’s review-related policies prohibit businesses from offering incentives in exchange for reviews, discouraging negative reviews, selectively soliciting only positive reviews, or requiring specific review content. Meta also maintains policies and standards for content shared across Facebook and related platforms.

3. Personal Information We May Collect

Depending on how Review Rocket is configured and used, we may collect the following types of information:

This information helps us operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the application.

3.4 AI-Generated Content

Review Rocket may process the text you submit in order to generate a draft review. The AI-generated output may be stored temporarily or permanently depending on our system configuration, audit requirements, support needs, and account settings.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated text will be accurate, complete, compliant, or suitable for posting without review. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the final review before posting it.

Where required by law, we will obtain express consent for certain uses of personal information. In other cases, consent may be implied based on your actions, such as entering information into Review Rocket to generate a review draft.

You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal, contractual, or technical limitations. If you withdraw consent, some features of Review Rocket may no longer be available to you.

6. AI Processing and Review Generation

Review Rocket uses artificial intelligence to assist with generating draft review content. The AI system may process the details you provide, such as your experience, rating, or preferred tone, to create suggested review wording.

You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated content is only a draft. You must review, edit, and approve the review before posting. You should only post reviews that reflect your genuine personal experience. You should not use Review Rocket to create false, exaggerated, misleading, paid, or deceptive reviews. Review Rocket does not guarantee that any generated review will comply with Google, Facebook, Meta, or other third-party platform rules. Third-party platforms may remove, reject, restrict, or flag reviews at their discretion.

The use of AI-generated reviews can raise platform compliance issues if used to fabricate experiences or manipulate ratings. In the United States, the FTC has also taken action against fake reviews, including reviews attributed to non-existent customers or AI-generated reviews that misrepresent real experiences.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Review Rocket may include links or buttons that direct users to third-party platforms, including Google, Facebook, or other review websites.

We do not control those platforms. When you leave Review Rocket and access a third-party platform, your use of that platform is governed by its own privacy policy, terms of service, content policies, and review guidelines.
